Alternative Resolution Mediation Services provides mediation and conflict resolution services. All services are provided by a certified mediator, but we do not provide legal advice or representation.

All mediation sessions are confidential to the extent permitted by law. Neither party may disclose information shared during mediation without the express consent of all parties.

 

4. Payments

All fees are due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

Mediation is a collaborative process, and while we strive for mutually acceptable resolutions, we cannot guarantee a particular outcome.
